Booking and prices
Booking Quinta should be a fairly straight-forward process, if everything goes smoothly. When you have decided that you wish to bring a group to Quinta the best thing to do is to telephone us (details on the Contact Us link) to check on availability.
Once we have established that accommodation is available for you, we will provisionally book this for you. This is binding on us, but not on you. We will hold this accommodation for around three weeks for you. This gives you time to talk to others, to fill out the booking form and to get a cheque for the deposit from your Treasurer. We will send you a provisional booking letter to confirm all the details. This also gives you time to arrange to visit us, if you would like to do this.
Once we have received a completed booking and deposit your booking is confirmed and we will again write to you to advise you of this. At this stage we will also send you our handbook for Group Leaders, On target, to help you as you plan your visit.
About 6 weeks before your visit we will send you a further letter with a Final Arrangements Form. We ask you to complete and return this form to us about 10 days before your visit. This lets us know what time you will arrive, how many people your are bringing, and so on and it allows you to reserve various sports and other facilities eg BBQ or camp fire. This letter will also let you know who the duty manager will be for your visit.
At this stage we will also send you two copies of our bed lists, for you to complete and bring with you; one copy for us and one for you. This tells us who is sleeping where in the case of an evacuation in the middle of the night due to a fire alarm going off. This is very important.

Prices are per person, and include VAT. All prices are for a period of 24 hours ie 3 meals. The cost for under 7s is approximately half price.
