Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are amplified in our Group Leader's Handbook.
1. Minimum Charges
For each facility there is a minimum number of guests that you will need to pay for
2. Cancellation Charges
When you sign the booking form you are agreeing to pay a cancellation charge in the unfortunate event of your visit not going ahead. This fee is calculated as your minimum charge, less your deposit and less 10% for every full month left till the day of your visit, up to a maximum of 8 months. This fee is payable ant the time of cancellation. Groups should consider taking out insurance to cover this; and must ensure that sufficient funds will be available to cover the costs of their booking.
The person / organisation responsible for the booking is also responsible for any damage or loss.
The Centre is responsible for providing safe facilities and a safe environment. Beyond that groups are responsible for the effects of their own actions on the site, and should ensure that they have adequate Public Liability insurance.
5. Deposits, Accounts & Cheques
A non-refundable deposit, credited to your final account, is required at the time of booking: Quinta Hall £200, Severn Lodge £100, others £50. All accounts MUST be settled in full before departure or by electronic transfer the next banking day.
All resident guests are expected to abide by the information contained within our Group Leader's Handbook, a copy of which is available to download from the 'Coming to Quinta' section of this website.
7. VAT & Inflation
Any change in VAT will be passed on immediately. Should key costs e.g. fuel, rise very significantly above the forcasted rate of annual inflation, we reserve a right to impose a surcharge.
8. MUSIC REPRODUCTION LICENCE
Any group who uses reproduced music, in any form, is responsible for ensuring that they hold the correct licence. Quinta does not hold a licence as this is the responsibility of the groups who who stay.
